Refund and Cancellation Policy for Rixos Services Pvt. Ltd.
At Rixos Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to providing exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure transparency and fairness for our clients.

1. Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice Requirement: Clients must provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to the scheduled departure date to cancel their booking without incurring a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees:
30 to 15 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 30 to 15 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
14 to 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made between 14 to 7 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
Less Than 7 Days Prior: Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking amount.
No-Show: Failure to arrive for the scheduled departure without prior notice will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable based on the cancellation notice period as outlined above.

Refund Process:
Initiation: Eligible refunds will be credited within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.
Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
Notification: Clients will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

3. Modifications and Rescheduling
Changes to Bookings: Requests to modify or reschedule bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Such requests should be made as early as possible to increase the likelihood of accommodation.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Force Majeure: In events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political instability), Rixos Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. In such cases, clients will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund without cancellation fees.

Rixos Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes prior to their effective date.
By booking with Rixos Services Pvt. Ltd., clients acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund and cancellation policy.

Note: This policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to both our clients and our business operations. We recommend that clients review this policy throughly before making a booking.

The Company is committed to serve its members with an aim to achieve its organizational goal and for the welfare of its members, the Company has formulated the refund policy. For hotel rooms booked under the Vacation purchase agreement, the right to cancel your hotel room booking, applicable cancellation charge and no-show charge are set out in the terms and conditions applicable to that specific hotel offer. The members will be at liberty to raise any issue of dissatisfaction, if any, within 05 days of availing first holiday. A proper inquiry of the dissatisfaction request as raised by the member will be made and if found satisfactory, the refund will be initiated subject to deduction of administrative charges, ASF and GST however the applicable cancellation policy of the concerned hotel and no-show charge will be shown on your booking confirmation and the members shall adhere with the concerned hotel terms and conditions. It is pertinent to note that this Refund policy is applicable towards the benefits availed pursuant to the Vacation Purchase Agreement, subject to the aforesaid, however the same is not applicable for the consideration paid to the Company towards the Membership fees and the members are directed to adhere with the stated terms and conditions of the Vacation Purchase agreement.
